General Information

Questa sezione contiene informazioni generali quali il nome dell'hotel, l'indirizzo, la descrizione e la categoria. Quando inserisci le informazioni in "Descrizione" puoi premere il tasto <Invio> per iniziare un nuovo paragrafo. Quando la descrizione è visibile nella pagina del nostro sistema di prenotazione, sarà possibile iniziare un nuovo paragrafo nel punto in cui hai premuto il tasto <Invio>.

La categoria dell'hotel viene selezionata da una lista di Regioni, Luoghi, Fasce di prezzo e Categorie.

This section contains general information such as the hotel name, address, description and category. When you enter information into "Description" you can press the <Enter> key to start a new paragraph. When the description is shown in the pages of our reservation system a new paragraph will start at the point where you pressed the <Enter> key.

The hotel category is selected from a list of Areas, Places, Prices Ranges and Ratings.

Meal Plans &Options

Questo è un elenco del piano pasti e servizi extra che vuoi includere nel tuo form di prenotazione. Se non vuoi includere alcun accenno ai pasti e alle opzioni aggiuntive che offri puoi anche saltare questa sezione.

Piano pasti da 1 a 6: Ci sono 4 parti:
Testo: E' il testo che vuoi sia visualizzato nel tuo form di prenotazione, nella lista di prenotazioni, nei messaggi che invii a te stesso e ai visitatori.
Tariffa Adulti: E' il prezzo che viene fatto pagare dagli adulti.
Tariffa Bambino: E' il prezzo che viene fatto pagare per un bambino. Se non hai tariffe speciali per i bambini puoi inserire lo stesso prezo che pratichi per gli adulti.
Base: Il modo in cui paghi per il tuo meal plan. Valide entrate sono P (per persona per notte), R (per stanza per notte), S (per persona per prenotazione) or B (per prenotazione)

Servizi Extra da 1 a 12: Ci sono 4 parti:

Alcuni suggerimenti per l'inserimento del Piano Pasti: Quando RezEasy crea il form del tuo sistema di prenotazione, ogni informazione che inserisci nel meal plans sarà utilizzata per creare una casella di scelta. La casella del pasto scelto che RezEasy crea è una singola scelta perciò la prima informazione è selezionata di default. HQui ci sono alcuni esempi di come puoi aggiungere meal plans:

1. Se non includi alcun pasto nel costo di una stanza inserisci come testo del primo pasto (Meal 1) "Nessuno", e come tariffa per adulto e per bambino "0.00" (zero).
2. Se includi la prima colazione nel costo di una camera inserisci come testo del primo pasto (Meal 1) "Colazione (inclusa)", e come tariffa per adulto e per bambino "0.00" (zero).

Alcuni suggerimenti per l'inserimento dei servizi Extra: Quando RezEasy crea il form del tuo sistema di prenotazione, ogni informazione che inserisci nel optional extras sarà usata per creare una lista. Ogni informazione nella lista corrisponderà a uno dei servizi extra. Ci sarà un checkbox vicino ad ogni informazione. Se il checkbox è spuntato il servizio extra sarà incluso nella prenotazione.

Puoi usare queste opzioni aggiuntive per ogni cosa che preferisci. Per esempio puoi includere un servizio furgoncino per l'aeroporto, una cena speciale, i quotidiani del giorno, l'organizzazione di tour, ecc. Certamente, puoi anche lasciare tutte le opzioni extra in bianco.

2. RezEasy will only generate the Optional Extras list if one or more options are entered. You do not have to enter items contiguously, e.g. you can enter something into Option 1 and Option 3 leaving Option 2 blank.
3. When you enter text into the Meal Plans or Optional Extras do not use double of single quotes otherwise errors will occur in the pages of your site.

Optional Extras 1 to 12: There are 4 parts to this entry.

Some Suggestions on Entering Meal Plans: When RezEasy creates your booking form any items you enter into meal plans will be used to create a select box. The meal select box that RezEasy creates is a single select therefore the first item is selected by default. Here are some examples of how you can add meal plans:

1. If you do not include any meals in the price of a room make the text for the first meal plan (Meal 1) "None", the adult and child price "0.00" (zero).
2. If you include breakfast in the price of a room make the text for the first meal plan (Meal 1) "Breakfast (included)", the adult and child price "0.00" (zero).

Some Suggestions on Entering Optional Extras: When RezEasy creates your booking form any items you enter into optional extras will be used to create a list. Each item in the list will correspond to one of the optional extras. There will be a checkbox next to each item. If the checkbox is checked the optional extra will be included in the reservation.

You can use these optional extras for anything you like. For example you could include airport pickup, a special dinner, daily newspaper, tour etc. You can, of course, leave all the optional extras blank.
